Their Last Swimming Lesson

Jenny was teaching Ivanka how to swim. They rinsed themselves after they're done and then applied suntan lotion on each other before sunbathing. Unfortunately for them, a killer was already waiting for them. He covered their mouths while he stabbed both in the navel, making them vomit lots of blood. They died horrible deaths with a knife stuck in the navel.
