Jenny was doing her sit-ups when Ivanka came over. She's jealous of Jenny's abs so she stabbed her in the navel with a spear. Jenny's abs are so strong that she didn't die, even when Ivanka started twirling it around. After Ivanka stopped torturing her, Jenny stood up and broke the spear. She then used the broken spear to stab Ivanka in the navel. Ivanka's abs aren't as strong as Jenny's so she died a painful death with her eyes open when Jenny twirled the spear around.

Excellent acting by Ivanka! You can clearly see the pain and fear in her eyes when she was about to die.
