He twirled the knife but she still didn't die so he stabbed another knife below her navel. She finally vomited blood and died after the killer twirled it. Her sister then went down to check on her. The killer attacked her from behind and stabbed a kitchen knife into her back. He pulled it out, flipped her on her back, then stabbed her in the navel. She died after vomiting blood.
