Ivanka was working out playing some basketball by herself before taking her shirt off to sunbath by the pool. She was wearing a red bikini top and low-waisted jeans. She fell asleep when an intruder entered carrying a small knife. The intruder rubbed the knife on her belly while Ivanka squirmed in her sleep. The intruder finally stabbed the knife into her navel. Ivanka only grunted in pain but didn't wake up so the intruder left. A few minutes later, Ivanka finally woke up. She went inside and greeted her older sister, who asked her why there was a knife stuck in her navel. Ivanka suddenly realized there was a knife stuck in her navel and vomited blood. Her older sister managed to catch Ivanka before she fell down. She then comforted her before calling for an ambulance. Unfortunately, she found her little sister already dead with her eyes open after making the call.
Great acting by Ivanka! You can clearly see the pain and fear in her eyes just before she died.
