My Girlfriend's Intestines (Warning! Extremely Realistic!)

I love my girlfriend's perfect abs but this time, I wanted to see what the inside of her belly looked like. She took a scalpel and opened up her navel with it. She then dug her finger into her own navel and pulled out just a bit of her small intestines. It looked like an outie navel and I played with it for a while. Instead of being in pain, she actually felt tickled! I then asked her to pull out more of her intestines. She wanted to please me so much that she did what I asked her to do. With her guts hanging out of her navel like that, what do you think she felt when I gave her a hard punch to her abs?
